What is the purpose of the BBB?
The BBB is a service that puts pressure on a company to resolve a customer issue in the event that the customer has made all attempts to resolve the issue talking directly to the company and has had no success. The BBB is not like the eBay rating system, as its function is not to keep a tally of good and bad experiences. It is specifically there to help the consumer in times where they have exhausted all attempts to find a resolution to their concern through discussion directly with the company.
